From a young age, Rashad learned the beauty of cooking and caring for others from his mother, Yolanda, and his aunts, Anne, Gwen, & Elaine. Their kitchens were filled with warmth, rich aromas, and a love that transformed simple meals into lasting memories. Each dish carried meaning lessons not only in flavor, but in hospitality, connection, and the joy of giving.

Watching his mother transform everyday materials into beauty reupholstering furniture, sewing window treatments, and reimagining spaces instilled a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, intention, and the quiet power of detail.

Founded by Rashad Terry, whose career spans years in the beauty industry, the brand is deeply rooted in professional mastery and innovation. As a dual licensed esthetician and esthetician instructor in two states, Rashad has not only practiced the science of skincare but has also educated and mentored others in the discipline, shaping standards of excellence and technique.

His background in makeup artistry, combined with his experience working across luxury beauty environments, has refined his understanding of skin, color, and transformation. Since 2017, as a product cosmetic developer, he has been involved in the creation and formulation of beauty products designed with intention, performance, and real-world results in mind. This depth of knowledge bridges both artistry and science where formulation meets function, and beauty becomes both a craft and a discipline.
